Chopped strand mat (csm) also called fiberglass mat is a kind of glass fiber non-woven reinforcing material by chopping continuous strands into chopped strands of certain length (50mm) and uniformly in combination with polyester binder in powder or in emulsion form. Our chopped strand mat is E glass fiber.  Normally chopped strand mat 300g and 450g are regular, but we also produce according to customer requirements. Both emulsion and powder mat, from 100g to 900g per square meter, 0.3oz/sq ft, 1.0oz/sq ft, 1.5oz/sq ft, 2.9oz/sq ft... width from 30cm to 320cm, 15",38" ,50",142"...

Chopped strand mat is suitable for application by hand lay-up, reinforce and machine FRP molding with epoxy resin and polyster resin, such as interior decoration of vehicles, boat hulls, sanitary ware, anticorrosive pipes, tanks, building materials, tables, chairs and all kinds of composite FRP products.

Chopped Strand Mat is wound onto a paper tube which has an inside diameter of 80mm. The roll outside diameter is approximately 275mm. Each roll is wrapped up in plastic film and then packed in a carton. The rolls are stacked horizontally or vertically onto pallets. All pallets are stretch wrapped and strapped to maintain stability during transport.Type your paragraph here.

Chopped strand mat

Chopped strand mat should be stored in its original packaging in a dry, cool and water-proof place. The recommended conditions are at temperatures from 15 to 35°C and humidity between 35 and 65%. To ensure safety and avoid damage to the product, the pallets should not be stacked more than three layers high, when the pallets are stacked in 2 or 3 layer, care should be taken to correctly and smoothly move the top pallet.
